- We do NOT share your data with third parties
- We do NOT store your reading selections on our servers
Data Storage
- Authentication credentials managed securely by Firebase Authentication
- All reading fragments and progress stored locally in your browser
- Data remains on your device and is not synchronized or backed up to cloud servers
Permissions Explained
- Read and change website data: Required to display the reading overlay and mark text on pages you visit
- Storage: Saves your preferences and reading fragments locally
- Identity: Used for email-based authentication only
Your Rights
- Delete your account anytime
- Clear all local data by uninstalling the extension
- Your reading data stays on your device under your control
